| Apart from home textile, sportswear, Udaya is also used to twist fishnet yarns like 210/2 (Nylon). Udaya is running successfully for various denier size like 120/2, 120/3, 150/2, 150/3, 210/2, 250/2, 300/2 in major parts of the country. All the embroidery yarns like bright, viscose, PV are running successfully giving high quality to subsequent process. The state of the art design of the machine consumes less power and gives high production. High quality spindles-bolsters makes less noise and less power consumption with the minimum maintenance. Electronic sensors with cutters in the primary setup prevents single yarn winding in the 2-ply process. Reduced floor area with more spindles gives high productivity. |
